Michael Buckton to join NextSales as Managing Director UK

As of 20 October, Michael Buckton has started as Managing Director at NextSales Ltd. He will be responsible for growing NextSales’ business, services portfolio and Ambassador Network in the UK. 

Dr Michael Buckton is an accomplished leader with 40 years of experience working alongside the executive teams of blue-chip I.T. and Telecommunications companies in South Africa and the U.K.

Michael was until recent, the Sales Director International of Nuaware Ltd, a DevSecOps specialist software company and has held several executive positions such as, Head of Sales for Nashua Communications Ltd and Managing Director of QDATA Telecommunications.

Michael specialises in sales leadership and sales training and has been responsible for educating sales teams in all spheres of sales and channel management on using progressive systems and processes, including specialised communications methodologies.

Michael has an outstanding expertise in the field of cognitive neuro science, business and personal coaching with a proven track record of success.

Michael utilises his inspirational and positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage teams and individuals to drive change, add value and succeed.

Michael is inspired daily by his wife and two children and in his free time enjoys flying microlights, key note and public speaking and loves travelling in a pursuit to uncover other cultures and nationalities.
