USU extends Sales Outsourcing with NextSales

USU contracted NextSales to be their authorized reseller for the Benelux in 2019. On December 20, USU, Europe’s largest vendor of IT and Knowledge Management Software, extended this Sales Outsourcing agreement.

USU extends Sales Outsourcing with NextSales

USU, Europe’s largest vendor of IT and Knowledge Management Software, contracted NextSales to be their authorized reseller for the Benelux in 2019. On December 20, USU extended this Sales Outsourcing agreement.

USU is recognized by analysts like Forrester as leader in Enterprise Service Management. Leading companies in all sectors of the international economy use USU applications. USU’s solutions let medium and large organizations create transparency, develop new services, cut costs and reduce risk.

USU’s suite of solutions includes IT- and Enterprise Service Management, Software Asset Management, Monitoring, Big Data, Customer First and Knowledge Management. NextSales positions USU as the European alternative for ServiceNow.

USU was founded in 1977 as Udo Strehl Unternehmensberatung and has been offering ITSM solutions for over 25 years. USU went public in 2000, however Udo Strehl has maintained a controlling share in the company. This gives USU the stability and long-term vision that normally only comes with private and family business.

Within USU’s believe system satisfied employees build the foundation for satisfied clients. Therefore, you’ll find that USU receives many awards for being a great employer and as a result a lot of clients stay with USU for many years.

NextSales started supporting USU’s Software Asset Management suite “Aspera” in 2018 and our services were retained to support the whole USU suite in 2019. NextSales’ role within the Sales Outsourcing is to be USU’s authorized representation for the Benelux. This means that we are responsible for the entire Sales process, starting with Lead Generation through contract negotiation and ending with Account Management. Contracts negotiated with NextSales’ support are signed between USU and the client.
